Crikx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Note: Crikx will never ask for your password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be Crikx support and asks for your password, do not provide it and report the contact to [email protected] immediately.
Crikx accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the primary payment methods supported for Bangladesh players. Crikx does not currently accept bank transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency deposits. Supported payment methods may change over time and will be updated on the deposit page within the platform.
The minimum deposit amount on Crikx is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though Crikx reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for compliance or responsible gaming purposes.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawals on Crikx are processed to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Crikx support. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect player funds.
Standard withdrawals are processed within ten minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required. Crikx does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to processing all approved withdrawals as quickly as operationally possible.
Crikx charges no fee for withdrawals. The full amount requested will be sent to your nominated payment account, subject to any applicable wagering requirements being met.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Players with VIP status may have higher limits. Contact support for details on your specific account limits.
If you have an active bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed. Real money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately. You may choose to forfeit an active bonus in order to withdraw your real money balance — contact support to request this.
Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation. Always use your own bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
New Crikx players are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, you must opt in during the deposit process. The bonus is credited to your bonus balance immediately after your qualifying deposit is confirmed. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.
All bonuses on Crikx are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳40,000 before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements for other promotions will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot-style games including Money Coming, Lucky Piggy, Golden Bank, and Bird Catcher contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements. Bingo contributes 50%. WM Live casino games contribute 10%. These contribution rates may be updated and will be reflected in the bonus terms at the time of claiming.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 days of being credited will expire and be removed from your account. Crikx will send a reminder notification before a bonus expires. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Crikx monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and any winnings derived from bonus abuse forfeited.
Crikx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players before taking effect where reasonably practicable.
All games available on Crikx use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by bet size, account history, time of day, or any other external factor. Each game round is independent of all previous rounds. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the individual game pages.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account. Crikx is not liable for any losses resulting from a game malfunction. If you experience a malfunction, stop playing and contact support immediately with details of the game, time, and bet amount.
Each game on Crikx has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Crikx reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Players will be notified of any changes to stake limits before they take effect.
If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's standard rules. The result will be recorded and your balance updated accordingly. Crikx is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet connection or device.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crikx platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:
Crikx cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. Any suspected illegal activity on the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in criminal prosecution.
Crikx reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud, the account balance may be frozen pending investigation.
You may close your Crikx account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your nominated payment account, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period through the Crikx responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. Nothing in these Terms limits Crikx's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Crikx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Crikx platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
